This document outlines the general terms and conditions that govern the services provided by Lemontoys (referred to herein as "we," "us," or "our") to our clients (referred to as "Client" or "you"). By utilizing our services, including Customized Toys manufacturing, Carton Packing, Loading Assistance, Transportation Arrangements, or any other service offered via lemontoys.in, you agree to abide by these terms.

These terms cover areas such as order acceptance, payment schedules, intellectual property rights relating to custom designs, quality assurance processes, and liability limitations concerning logistics and delivery. Please review them carefully. These terms are subject to change, and the updated version will always be available on this website.

1. Order Acceptance and Pricing: All quotations provided by Lemontoys are estimates and are valid for a specified period. No order is considered accepted until confirmed in writing by Lemontoys. Pricing is dependent on final specifications, material costs, and order volume.

2. Payments: Specific payment terms (e.g., upfront deposit, progress payments, final balance) will be outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in the suspension of services or delivery.

3. Custom IP & Design: For Customized Toys, the Client warrants that they own or have the necessary licenses for all intellectual property (IP) provided for manufacturing. Lemontoys is not liable for IP infringement resulting from materials supplied by the Client.

4. Quality Assurance: We commit to manufacturing products that meet the agreed-upon sample or prototype specifications. Any claims regarding manufacturing defects must be submitted in writing within a specified period following delivery.

5. Logistics and Liability: While we arrange and assist with secure Carton Packing and Transportation Arrangements, our liability for loss or damage during transit is limited. Insurance for goods in transit is typically the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
